1. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Unless explicitly specified otherwise in an active Statement of Work, 100% of all intellectual property rights in custom codebase commits, database schemas, and Figma design files transfer to the Client upon milestone invoice settlement.
2. 30-Day Post-Launch Warranty
Every milestone delivery includes a 30-calendar-day warranty. We rectify any functional anomalies departing from the agreed technical specification without additional billing.
3. Governing Law
These terms and related client agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
